12月12日，韩中美术协会会长、清华美院退休教授、韩国著名画家、雕塑家车鸿圭率团访问鲁迅美术学院，积极推进中韩艺术交流。
鲁美副院长李书春陪同代表团一行参观了鲁美雕塑艺术学院和美术馆，在线观赏了献礼建党百年大型雕塑《追梦》，现场观摩了课堂教学和美术馆摄影作品，双方围绕深化中韩人文艺术领域的合作与交流，就互派留学人员、聘任客座教授、共同举办交流活动等合作事宜进行了座谈。李书春表示，韩国籍留学生在鲁美留学生中占比最大，反映出中韩两国在艺术领域的国际交流和人员往来活跃，未来合作空间广阔，希望双方一道努力，共同举办高水平、高质量的中韩美术展览和培养中韩艺术人才，为中韩民间交往贡献力量。
车鸿圭曾于2006年在鲁美成功举办过“韩国艺术家车鴻圭造型展”。他表示，希望未来与鲁美深入开展合作，继续为中韩艺术交流贡献力量。车鸿圭还向鲁美捐赠了《2021—2022韩中文化交流年暨韩中建交30周年纪念图录》。
市政府外办党组成员、市对外友协副秘书长刘振宁对车鸿圭会长致力于中韩人文艺术交流表示赞赏。他表示，鲁美作为中国八大美院之一，历史悠久，大师云集，佳作频出，国际交流活跃，是沈阳市对外开放进程中的重要力量。希望鲁美作为市对外友协的理事单位，继续弘扬鲁艺精神，积极发挥资源优势，加强与韩中美协合作，用艺术搭建民心相通的桥梁，在打造“国际沈”品牌，开展“你好，沈阳”全球推介活动中发挥更大作用，为深化中韩人文交流贡献力量。

Art Bridges the Way for People to Connect A Visit to Luxun Academy of Fine Arts by Korea-China Art Association Opens a New Chapter for Cooperation
On December 12th, Cha Hong Kyu, Honorary Chairman of Korea-China Art Association, a retired professor at Academy of Arts & Design of Tsinghua University, and a renowned Korean painter and sculptor, led a delegation to visit Luxun Academy of Fine Arts (LAFA), actively promoting art exchange between China and ROK.
Li Shuchun, Vice President of LAFA, accompanied the delegation to visit LAFA’s Sculpture Art School and Art Museum. They watched the large-scale sculpture "Chasing Dreams" that was a tribute to the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China online, and observed classroom teaching and photography works from the art museum on site. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation and exchange in the field of humanities and arts between China and ROK, and discussed cooperation matters such as exchanging students to study abroad, appointing guest professors, and jointly organizing exchange activities. Li Shuchun said that students from ROK make up the largest proportion of foreign students studying in LAFA, reflecting the active international exchanges and personnel exchanges between China and ROK in arts. There is broad space for future cooperation, and he hopes that both sides can work together to hold high-level and high-quality art exhibitions and cultivate artistic talents, contributing to people-to-people exchanges between China and ROK.
Cha Hong Kyu successfully held the "Korean Artist Cha Hong Kyu Sculpture Exhibition" in LAFA in 2006. He expressed his hope to deepen cooperation with LAFA in the future and continue to contribute to art exchanges between the two countries. He also donated the "2021-2022 ROK China Year of Cultural Exchange & the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between ROK and China Commemorative Catalogue" to the Academy.
Liu Zhenning, a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Government's Foreign Affairs Office and Deputy Secretary General of Shenyang People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, expressed appreciation for Chairman Cha Hong Kyu’s commitment to cultural and artistic exchanges between the two countries. He said that as one of the eight major art academies in China, LAFA has a long history, and serves as a cradle of masters with influential works and active international exchanges. It is an important force in the process of Shenyang's opening up to the outside world. He hopes that as a member unit of the Municipal Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, LAFA will continue to promote the spirit of the Academy, actively leverage its resource advantages, strengthen cooperation with the Korea-China Art Association, use arts to build a bridge of people-to-people exchange, and play a greater role in building the "International Shenyang", carrying out the "Hello, Shenyang" global promotion activity, and contributing to deepening cultural exchanges between China and ROK.
